ABOUT US
The Bitter Jurors started in 2020 when longtime internet friends Derek and Sam (both decorated veterans of the Survivor Tumblr trenches) decided to podcast about Winners At War. Christine appeared as a frequent guest before officially joining as the third co-host in 2023.
Over the past six years, we’ve recapped ten seasons of Survivor alongside dozens of former players and other reality television commentators. We’ve also launched several spin-off series, including the anime and film podcast The Shadow Play Gays hosted by Derek, Christine, and Audrey Zee Whitesides, The Traitors podcast Bad Faithful hosted by Alexx Walls, and an annual Old School Survivor summer rewatch series hosted by Christine.
In addition to podcasting, Christine writes for Inside Survivor. Derek co-hosts a weekly Survivor watch party with drag queen Shutt Up in Chicago at Pizza Lobo Andersonville, and Sam produces the Survivor and Traitors watch parties for Fruity Island in Brooklyn.
